Blooming Valley Volunteer Fire Department

   Squad 1

  1986 Chevy utility van. It is primarily used for our EMS responses. The Squad is also equipped with SCBA's and other equipment to supplement our fire/rescue operations

Truck 2

    1977 GMC/American LaFrance. This is our first due pumper. It has a 600 gallon booster tank and 1,000 gallon per minute pump.

Truck 3

   1996 New Lexington Rescue Pumper / Tanker. It has a 1,500 gallon booster tank and a 1,500 gallon per minute pump. It is second due for our fire calls and the first due on rescue responses, including motor vehicle accidents.

Rescue Boat

   This is our inflatable boat. It is powered by a 10 horsepower evinrude outboard motor.
